Breeding Contract

All horses leaving Rockinghorse Ranch are subject to the following contract terms. By accepting a horse from our program, you agree to abide by these conditions in full.

Horse Information

The horse's basic information may not be altered without the prior permission of Rockinghorse Ranch, with the following exceptions: the horse's discipline may be changed and permission is not required to geld a stallion. All other changes require prior permission.

Buy-Back Rights

The seller retains buy-back rights to any horse bred from our mares. Should you decide to sell the horse, you must first give Rockinghorse Ranch first right of refusal.

Online Presence

The horse must maintain an online presence — website, Google Sheet, or forum post — at all times.

Active Showing Requirement

All horses must be actively shown in one of SAI's associations. Special consideration is given if they are actively shown in other nations or Horses Forever. If a horse is not actively shown for more than one year, reclaim is possible.

Closed Games

Horses may only be imported into closed games with express permission from Rockinghorse Ranch.

To enquire about a breeding contract, please contact us in-game via the All-Sim messaging system.
