Locke Ranch is a working cattle ranch. We run around 500 head of cattle at peak times. There are 250 head of Herford/Angus cross cows that are bred yearly to one of your 3 bulls.
Youngstock is often used for training purposes for the breeding operation. Both Cutting and Working Cow Horse use cattle as part of the discipline.
